At first glance I would probably not fit the bill for your typical Halo enthusiast, I’m out going, undeniably attractive, and can socially interact with the best of them. Regardless of how many lies I can tell about myself one truth remains that I am super excited for the release of Halo 4, and I am almost positive that I am not alone in this enthusiasm. So you can understand my excitement when i heard of about a special live-action web series based on the game has been prepped. Dubbed Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn, the series is meant to take viewers back to the beginning of the human and Covenant war and is set at the United Nations Space Command military academy as it follows a group of cadets in training. Spotlighting a young cadet named Thomas Lasky, the series will focus on both Lasky and the Master Chief as the alien Covenant arrive. Forward unto Dawn will premiere via Machinima’s new channel, Machinima Prime, as well as through the Halo Waypoint on October 5,2012.
